When you choose Santa Fe, you’re guaranteed a dehumidifier that’s American-made and commercial-grade — a dehumidifier that not only performs like no other but one that’s backed with the best six-year warranty on the market.

How it works is simple.

For the first two years of the warranty, Therma-Stor LLC will replace any malfunctioning dehumidifier.

For the remaining four years, Therma-Stor LLC will replace any faulty parts to ensure your unit continues to run efficiently and powerfully. See your Installation and Operation Manual for more warranty details and limitations.

SANTA FE 6-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Therma-Stor, LLC (“Therma-Stor”) warrants as follows: (i) the Santa Fe dehumidifier (“Product”) will be free of material defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 2 years (“Two-Year Warranty”) following the date of initial purchase of such Product by an original customer purchasing from Therma-Stor or an authorized reseller (“Customer”); and (ii) the Product’s components will be free of material defects in workmanship or materials for a period of six (6) years following the date of initial purchase of such Product by a Customer.

Foundation Crack Repair

B-Dry Solutions specializes in wall crack repairs. Not only do we stop leaking wall cracks, we can structurally repair them at the same time. Unlike most companies that only offer an injection that are known for notoriously failing, B-Dry Solutions uses a carbon weld system that adds structural integrity back to your foundation wall. Whether your foundation has a vertical or horizontal crack, BDry Solutions can resolve it.

Crawlspace Waterproofing and Encapsulation

An interior drain tile system is installed to redirect water away from the crawlspace and out of the foundation. This system involves installing a sump crock and pump inside the crawlspace tied to our system to pump water out. This system is typically installed in conjunction with a crawlspace encapsulation system. White Cap Flexi-Seal Fiberglass Reinforced Material is installed over the entire floor of the crawlspace. The foundation walls are then covered with the same material, crawlspace vents are covered, and the encapsulation foundation wall vapor barrier is spread out over to your floor vapor barrier connecting the two creating a complete sealed environment.
