How Does the Patented B-Dry System® Work? First, our unique 5-step process relieves the hydrostatic pressure from underneath your basement floor and foundation and implements a drainage network that removes and drains water better than any other system.

After we drain the block cores on block walls, the walls are still porous and will continue to absorb moisture through a process known as capillary attraction. To provide protection for your basement walls, we install B-Dry Rigid Sealer, a non-permeable, waterproof polymer. The tough Rigid Sealer will never crack, chip or peel and easily bridges cracks and other defects in your basement walls. The visible side of the Sealer is

made of attractive, stain-resistant sheeting that can be wiped clean with most household cleansers. B-Dry Rigid Sealer is perfectly safe, having passed strict building code tests for anti-flame and anti-smoke requirements.

Unlike most companies that only offer an injection that are known for notoriously failing, B-Dry Solutions uses a carbon weld system that adds structural integrity back to your foundation wall. Whether your foundation has a vertical or horizontal crack, BDry Solutions can resolve it.

  • Crawlspace Waterproofing and Encapsulation​

    • An interior drain tile system is installed to redirect water away from the crawlspace and out of the foundation. This system involves installing a sump crock and pump inside the crawlspace tied to our system to pump water out. This system is typically installed in conjunction with a crawlspace encapsulation system. White Cap Flexi-Seal Fiberglass Reinforced Material is installed over the entire floor of the crawlspace. The foundation walls are then covered with the same material, crawlspace vents are covered, and the encapsulation foundation wall vapor barrier is spread out over to your floor vapor barrier connecting the two creating a complete sealed environment.

    • BDry Solutions uses a complete selection of basement and egress products made by The Monarch Group making the purchasing experience easy and efficient. We offer a variety of Low E glass windows, frames, wells, covers and accessories that are system integrated for custom installations.

    • There are many factors that can lead to poor indoor air quality. Some problems are easy to notice, while some you may not even be aware of, yet each one could be affecting your health. Indoor air pollutants are unwanted, sometimes harmful materials in the air.

             My husband and I were in major need of some basement repair from years of leaking problems. In our search, my husband came across B-Dry Solutions and we are so glad we did. The experience with **** from the very beginning was professional and honest. **** drafted the plan for the work to be done based on what we shared were our most problematic areas. He did not pressure us and had no one- day only saving gimmick. We scheduled for the crew to come out a few months later and the price didn't change. When the crew came, **** and ******* they were very polite and professional as well. Before starting the job they asked if we had any questions, explained what they were going to do, and even made sure we had earplugs to protect our ears from all the jackhammering they would be doing. They encouraged us to look at the work at the end of the day. They called each morning to let us know their ETA and if there were traffic concerns. They cleaned up the mess they made each day and took great care not to damage anything else in the basement. When we added extra work, knocking down a wall, they didn't seem bothered by it.               They did install a second sump pump in our basement. Everyone in the BDry was so professional (estimation, office, and the actual installation) and efficient. Bob is our tech person, and he and his assistant did an amazing job. They came and the work was finished earlier than schedule. Bob even cleaned up the area (inside and outside), there was no need to clean after the work. I highly recommend BDry for any basement work.

            Jordan and his crew waterproofed my basement in early July of this year. They were very professional, courteous, and informative. The job was scheduled for 4 days and they were able to get it done in 2 1/2 days. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. We had record rainfall amounts last week and the basement stayed dry. I have been battling a wet basement for the past 8 years, but not any more thanks to B Dry!

            B-Dry Solutions waterproofed our basement in February 2023. We had water coming up in the middle of our concrete basement floor. we could have 40 gallons of water come up through the concrete floor in a matter of minutes. In order to keep the water from reaching the finished part of our basement, we were checking the basement every 30 minutes day and night. We have had to water issues in the basement since your system was installed.

            We interviewed four waterproofing companies prior to choosing B-Dry Solutions. We were not happy with any of the solutions presented by the other companies. Marc took the time to answer all of our questions, and we liked the plan he presented to waterproof our basement. We signed the contract with B-Dry Solutions that night. It was Marc's birthday and his family was planning a dinner for him; however, he came back after his last appointment to get our signed contract and make sure we had all the necessary information. Marc was so helpful throughout the entire process.

 

 

             Jordan and the crew were on time daily and worked very hard to get the job done. The crew was always nice and answered all of our questions. There was a lot of concrete to jackhammer in our basement, and it was a big project to complete. But, the crew finished waterproofing in a week. The basement was swept and left clean after the project was done.
