Warranty Transfer Request
Should you sell or transfer the Structure within 12 months of the date on this contract, the new owner will receive the same Limited Lifetime Warranty as the original purchaser provided, B-Dry Solutions receives the transfer document. Customer is responsible for contacting B-Dry Solutions to receive a current copy of the transfer document. The Transfer Document is also located online HERE. Should you sell or transfer the Structure to a new owner after 12 months from the date on this document, this Warranty shall expire two (2) years after the effective date of such transfer, provided B-Dry Solutions receives the transfer document and transfer fee. Customer is responsible for contacting B-Dry Solutions to receive a current copy of the transfer document and current transfer fee. Thereafter, subject to local legal requirements, an extended warranty may be offered for sale by B-Dry Solutions to the new owner. The price and conditions of any such Extended Warranty will be determined at the time of sale of the Extended Warranty.
IN ORDER FOR THE WARRANTY TO TRANSFER TO THE NEW OWNER, TRANSFER FEE & WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF THE SALE MUST BE SUBMITTED ONINE AND RECEIVED IN THE B-DRY SOLUTIONS OFFICE NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF CLOSING. NO TRANSFER FEES APPLY WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT.
